The Hayden School District is a Microsoft Windows Institution, as part of the school district staff you have been created an account, this account can be used to login to any Windows Workstation within the District.
Usernames
Your Username is generated by the first initial of your first name followed by your last name. For example, if your name was Jessica Freedman your username would be “jfreedman”.
Student usernames are slightly different, the student username is the last name followed by the student's first initial followed by the year of graduation. For example Jessica Freedman who graduates in 2050 would be “freedmanj50”
Passwords
Staff, by default your password is “Password123” for security reasons you will change this once you login, the workstation will prompt you to change your password upon first login. From any workstation you may change your password by pressing Ctrl+Alt+Delete and selecting “Change Password”
Student passwords cannot be changed, and will remain the same for the duration of their enrollment with the district. The student password format for the Secondary campus is the student lunch number, followed by “HSS!” For example if the student's lunch number was 1234 then the password would be “1234HSS!”. The student password format for the Elementary campus is the student lunch number followed by “HVE!”. For example if the student's lunch number was 1234 then the password would be “1234HVE!”.
Password Reset for Staff
If for any reason you need your password reset contact the IT Department and we will reset your password to the default password of “Password123” once your password is reset you may login to any workstation in the district. The workstation will prompt you to change your password upon login.
